Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Development Engineer to lead large-scale AI initiatives across global hardware and software divisions.

You will shape the AI transformation and drive agentic AI architectures, bridging front-end and back-end development with scalable AI systems. The role requires 12+ years of software engineering, expert knowledge of vector databases, Kubernetes, Docker, and advanced orchestration with LangGraph/CrewAI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering with leadership on large-scale projects.
• Expert-level experience building agentic workflows, RAG architectures and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-impact AI initiatives from conception to global production.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between GTO and business units.
• Define long-term technical roadmap for AI orchestration (LangGraph focus).
• Bridge production-grade Full-stack development with AI logic.
• Mentor senior staff and perform formal design reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to deploy AI models and vector databases in Kubernetes.
