Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer who will focus on developing and integrating our AI Virtualization Stack. This position involves critical work in enabling multi-vendor GPU and XPU support using advanced ML compilation technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ML framework development and will work closely with teams to deliver optimized solutions for AI/ML workloads.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience or 10+ years with a Master's degree.
• 5+ years in ML framework and GPU/XPU engineering.
• Experience in building high-performance AI/ML workloads.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop the AI Virtualization Stack.
• Optimize PyTorch and JAX backends for GPU/ML workloads.
• Troubleshoot bugs related to AI/ML acceleration.
