• 8+10 years? (4)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based and agentic applications.
• Strong software architecture and design skills.
• Experience designing evaluation approaches for non-deterministic systems and iterating on quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop production-grade LLM and agentic applications, including multi-step agents, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow orchestration.
• Deliver stable, high-quality features with testing, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring for quality, safety, latency, and cost.
• Lead code and design reviews and mentor engineers on AI patterns and guardrails.
• Plan and drive projects with cross-functional partners and communicate tradeoffs and risks.
