You will design automation and reconciliation solutions, set estimation methodology, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Technology, and operations to implement new accounting frameworks.

• 7+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or related finance experience.
• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with process improvement and delivering financial features.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary accounting owner for the portfolio, delivering accurate financial reporting and influencing senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end automation and process-improvement initiatives to increase productivity and accuracy of recurring entries.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation solutions that reduce manual effort across accounting processes.
• Own the portfolio's inputs to external financial reporting, including support for 10-K/10-Q disclosures and key findings.
• Own the accounting design and implementation for new business, program, and geographic launches.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos under US GAAP, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assess controls design/effectiveness and design new processes for growing business activities.
