Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of COSO internal control framework and GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and reporting processes.
• Own end-to-end finance processes with business partners.
• Assess and design internal controls for new business activities.
• Close monthly books and escalate risks as needed.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead delivery of accounting tasks and projects.
• Strengthen partnerships between Accounting and IT/business units.
• Document technical accounting positions as needed.
