Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience.
• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with process improvement and delivery of financial features.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting owner for the portfolio, delivering accurate financial reporting and directly influencing senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end automation and process-improvement initiatives that increase productivity and strengthen accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation solutions that reduce manual effort across accounting processes.
• Own the portfolio's inputs to external financial reporting, including support for 10-K and 10-Q disclosures.
• Own the accounting design and implementation for new business, program, and geographic launches.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos under US GAAP, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls in the area and design new processes and controls for growing activities.
