Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Principal Accountant (SGL17) to lead the Shared Services and Operations Accounting team, review journal entries and reconciliations, and support month-end close with GAAP compliance.

Collaborate with FP&A, Regulatory, Operations and IT to resolve issues, assist with audits and regulatory filings, and train new staff. Requires 7+ years experience, a Bachelor's in accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities
