• 15+ years of hands-on deep learning perception or related systems experience.
• Proven senior/leadership track record owning features end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with data, labeling, and ground-truth teams.
• Expert Python and/or C++ for production-grade software.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for 3D perception.
• Develop production-grade deep learning models for obstacle detection.
• Define KPI frameworks and improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• Lead data strategy and model-in-the-loop tooling with cross-functional teams.
