Qualifications

• PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years of relevant experience in CS/CE or related field.
• 2+ years of technical leadership is a plus.
• Hands-on deep learning development experience with clear results.
• Experience with data-driven development and collaboration with data teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end perception solutions for AV stack to detect road networks across varied environments.
• Research and develop deep learning models for lane graphs, road boundaries, and traffic elements.
• Develop generalizable approaches for diverse ODDs and country expansion.
• Lead data collection and labeling efforts to improve perception accuracy and efficiency.
• Productize perception solutions meeting safety, latency, and robustness requirements.
