Australian Christian College Southlands in Albany seeks a Principal to lead a growing K-12 school and sustain a strong Christian teaching culture. You will ensure high quality teaching and learning while working with the Corporate Office and CEM for support services.

ACC Southlands is a growing school community located in the beautiful city of Albany. There are approximately 310 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 on-campus with a further 700 students from Pre-primary to Year 12 in our Distance Education cohort. The Principal is responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the school, ensuring students have access to high quality teaching and learning. The role is supported by the Corporate Office with finance, HR, marketing, IT and building projects being provided by CEM. The Principal's role will be to grow and lead the School producing a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality. The Principal will be expected to generate the momentum required to move the School forward, building positive relationships within the school and wider community.

This full-time position is expected to start Term 1 2027 (open to negotiation).
