TYG is seeking a Principal, Building Envelope in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area to provide executive leadership within its Building Envelope practice. The role combines technical expertise with strategic business development, overseeing complex enclosure projects and mentoring technical teams.

The position emphasizes leading client relationships, expanding the practice, and delivering high-quality façades, roofing, waterproofing, and rehabilitation work on high-profile projects in a major market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or a related field.
• 10–15 years of building envelope consulting experience.
• PE or RA license required.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and growing a consulting practice.

Responsibilities
