Job summary

Social Capital Resources seeks a Product Manager in Tampa to lead the Prime Services platform. You will translate hedge fund and family office client needs into engineered requirements and drive the roadmap across engineering, trading, and operations.

You will define the user experience for institutional clients and work with Risk, Compliance, and Sales to implement controls, risk checks, and scalable service tools. This role focuses on building a high-performance, low-latency platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in PM/Engineering/Consulting.
• 4+ years building or managing product capabilities in institutional brokerage or capital markets infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of buyside workflows including onboarding, account structures, trading, and reporting.
• Experience with hedge funds, family offices, or asset managers in prime brokerage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building a Prime Services platform for institutional clients.
• Translate client needs into detailed product requirements and roadmaps for Engineering, Design, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Professional Services.
• Develop capabilities for low-latency execution, DMA access, and FIX/API integrations.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for Prime Services, including onboarding, account structures, and billing tools.
• Define core UX for hedge funds, family offices, prop trading, asset managers, and traders across web, desktop, portal, and API workflows.
• Collaborate with Risk, Trading, Operations, and Compliance to design market access controls and risk workflows.
