Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Busser (Prime Rib) to support our dining team. You will clear tables, stock stations, bring ice, and assist servers while maintaining a clean, organized dining area to enhance guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work in an environment with alcohol. Prior food service experience is preferred, and licensure as required by state gaming regulations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• One year food service experience (preferred).
• Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or Live’s operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock wait stations, bar and host stand.
• Bring ice as needed.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes, linen, silverware and transport to kitchen via bus cart.
• May assist host/hostesses to seat patrons.
• Reset tables after they have been cleared.
• Other duties as assigned.
