Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host for our Prime Rib dining room. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Required: high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, ability to stand and walk all shift, lift up to 20 lbs, and be 18+ with licensure as needed by state gaming regulators. Must communicate professionally in English and thrive in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience dealing with customers.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain licensure as required by state gaming authority.
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet / welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability.
• Assist wait/bar staff.
• Bussing and resetting tables.
• Clean host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
