Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana in Bossier City is seeking a part-time Busser for Ridotto to ensure tables stay clean, glassware is filled, and the dining experience runs smoothly.

You will stock stations, assist the wait staff, clear and reset tables, and help seat guests as needed. Eligibility includes at least 21 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Bossier ABO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Bossier ABO.

Responsibilities

• Stock wait stations, bar and host stand.
• Bring ice as needed.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes and transport to kitchen via bus cart.
• Assist host/hostesses to seat patrons.
• Reset tables after they have been cleared.
