Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host for our Prime Rib dining room. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Required: high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, ability to stand and walk all shift, lift up to 20 lbs, and be 18+ with licensure as needed by state gaming regulators. Must communicate professionally in English and thrive in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Greeting / welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurant.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
