• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments for meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, and trim prime and premium meat and seafood; manage quality levels.
• Monitor temperatures of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Enforce safety, receiving, stocking, and unloading procedures to ensure freshness.
• Adhere to safety and food safety policies and practices.
