• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market's internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Handle, cut, and trim a variety of meat and seafood products to TFMs standards.
• Monitor temperatures of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Ensure safety and compliance with food safety policies and laws.
