Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of meat cutting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments to find products and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim a variety of department meat and seafood products while managing quality levels per standards.
• Monitor case temperatures, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Enforce department practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance per policy and law.
