• Handle, slice, and trim prime and premium meat and seafood products while maintaining quality per TFM standards.
• Monitor the temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Enforce department practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure freshness and quality.
