Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Prime Client Operations Associate II in Jersey City to serve as a single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients. You will coordinate trades and settlements, collaborate with technology and strategy teams, and drive efficiency through improvement initiatives.

You will train clients on new reporting processes and contribute to ongoing service enhancements, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients for trade management and settlements.
• Process client trades files and monitor trade exception management for end-of-day reporting.
• Monitor workflow queues and adhere to SLAs, report outages and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements (straight-through processing).
• Train clients on new technology and reporting processes; participate in client visits and scorecard reviews.
• Adhere to firm policies, controls, and confidentiality requirements.
