Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate II in Prime Client Operations to act as the single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients on trades and settlements.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in Straight Through Processing and settlement efficiency. • 3+ years of experience in investment banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients for trades and settlements.
• Process client trade files and monitor end-of-day batch reporting for accuracy.
• Monitor daily queues, adhere to SLAs, and escalate outages with stakeholders.
• Partner with technology and transformation teams to drive process improvements.
• Train clients on usage of new technologies and reporting processes.
• Represent Operations on client visits and maintain confidentiality.
