Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Protect both the client and the institution from financial and reputational damage.
• Contribute to the change management process and stakeholder impact mitigation.
• Use knowledge of market products to advise clients and stay informed on industry practices.
• Participate in developing and implementing process automation to improve service delivery.
• Reconcile and manage trades, including coordinating payments to vendors for CSA clients.
• Resolve trade exceptions and partner with MO and FO teams globally.
• Perform daily control functions and prepare ad hoc reports for MO and FO management.
• Identify process weaknesses and work with technology teams to implement solutions.
