Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients for trade management and settlements.
• Process client trades files, monitor Trade Exception Manager and sign off end-of-day batch processes.
• Monitor queues, adhere to SLAs, escalate issues and update stakeholders.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Train clients on technology and reporting, represent operations on client visits and scorecard reviews.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and client confidentiality.
