Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking operations.

• Proficiency in Excel, formulas, and reconciliation tools.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients for trade management and settlements.
• Process client trades files and monitor Trade Exception Manager; sign off end-of-day batch process.
• Monitor daily workflow queues and adhere to SLAs; report issues and system outages with timely updates.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify inefficiencies and drive improvement opportunities (STP and settlement efficiency).
• Train clients on new technology and reporting processes; participate in client visits and scorecard reviews.
• Adhere to firm policies, controls, and client confidentiality.
