JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Associate II to support the Commission Management team, handling daily control functions, trade break investigations, reconciliations, vendor documentation, and tax governance.

The role requires a solid understanding of front-to-back trade flows and equity systems, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client service role within a financial institution.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in change management with stakeholder impact mitigation.
• Proficiency in digital literacy and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Understanding of the JPM Equity business, infrastructure, trade flows, and control environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills in an operations context.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Protect both the client and the institution from potential financial and reputational damage.
• Contribute to the change management process and stakeholder communications for smooth transitions.
• Utilize knowledge of market products to advise clients and stay updated on industry practices.
• Participate in developing and implementing process automation to optimize service delivery.
• Reconcile and manage trades; coordinate vendor payments for CSA clients.
• Collaborate with MO and FO teams globally to resolve trade issues and manage exceptions.
• Perform daily control functions and generate ad hoc reports for management.
• Identify process weaknesses and work with technology teams to implement solutions.
