Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned project scheduler and data analytics specialist to support FAA programs from our Fort Worth office. You will develop, analyze and manage complex project schedules in Primavera, generate ad-hoc Excel reports and collaborate with the Corporate Work Plan team to ensure data integrity and timely baselining of projects.

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Primavera scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective oral and written communication; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and analyze project schedules utilizing Primavera.
• Create schedule update spreadsheets and participate in monthly CSA PRG NavAids meetings.
• Resource-load project schedules using Primavera.
• Update budgeted labor units as needed.
• Track CAI and JAI items from the CWP portal and assist with closings.
• Advance data dates monthly for all active schedules in Primavera.
• Assist in re-baselining schedules with the PIM.
• Ensure proper termination of projects and sign-offs including funds reconciliation.
• Load Corporate Work Plan with project team members and org codes for active projects.
• Provide ad-hoc reports via Excel by exporting data from Primavera.
• Support data entry, analysis and verification of project data with the CWP.
• Clean up project schedule data in Primavera using Tableau analyses.
• Create and manage schedule templates and attach templates to new/ongoing projects.
