Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior-level scheduling and project controls professional to support the FAA Central Service Area. Based in Fort Worth, TX, the role involves Primavera-driven schedules, data analytics, and executive reporting across multi-project programs.

The ideal candidate has 4–12 years of Primavera scheduling experience, resource-loading schedules, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 4–12 years of experience scheduling projects using Primavera is required.
• Experience developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules.
• Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with multi-project environments and integrated master schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau.
• Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and track CAI/JAI activities.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports using Primavera, Tableau, Excel, and 3D tools.
• Update project resource allocations and budgeted labor units.
• Assist managers with baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Ensure proper project closeout with documentation and approvals.
• Maintain data integrity for reporting across scheduling, cost, forecasting, and EVM.
• Apply project controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Present assessments and recommendations to stakeholders.
