Job summary

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors, prepare look-ahead reports, and report schedule risks and delays. Primavera P6 proficiency and strong time management are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Background in planning, project controls, construction, or infrastructure is common.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills are often required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, compare actuals to baseline plans, and report variances.
• Track progress against milestones, deadlines, and baselines.
• Analyze critical path, delays, risks, and schedule changes.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare look-ahead reports, progress reports, and presentations.
• Primavera P6 proficiency.
