You will work with project teams on planning, sequencing, and maintaining baselines to ensure on-time completion and profitability. The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, cost and resource loading, and the ability to train staff, perform schedule reviews, and communicate risks to field and office teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling for construction.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills including cost and resource loading.
• Ability to train staff and lead scheduling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, updating, and implementing project schedules with the project team.
• Provide leadership and support for Crossland's scheduling efforts.
• Perform schedule reviews to ensure procedures are followed.
• Participate in all phases of planning: proposal, CPM, baseline, and updates.
• Ensure schedules meet contractual requirements.
• Visit job sites to review status.
• Lead update review meetings with the project team.
• Support division and site staff with scheduling training.
• Communicate schedule risks to Area Superintendents and Division Managers.
• Analyze impacts, delays, and time extensions using proper coding and time impact analysis.
