Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Primary Therapist in Colorado to provide individual, group, and family therapy within a residential care setting. You will create individualized treatment plans and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients across ages with mood, anxiety, and eating disorder concerns.

The role requires a graduate degree in psychology/counseling/social work and an active state license or intern status, with emphasis on collaboration and strong communication

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed with appropriate state licensing board or in associate/intern phase of licensure (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork including progress notes and wellness plan for each patient.
• Conduct biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments as part of treatment planning.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
