Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or Arizona teaching certification or at least 3 years of K–12 teaching experience.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and instructional planning with data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to serving Title I and multilingual communities and collaborating in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using AMS curriculum frameworks.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and use assessments to guide planning.
• Establish and maintain a structured, high-expectations classroom environment and implement PBIS.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional leaders to improve teaching practices.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
