Job summary

Bayer in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant for Cardiorenal to execute approved product strategies and support an anticipated menopause launch. You will develop and implement territory business plans, educate clinicians, and collaborate with Marketing, Market Access and Patient Services to drive US pharma outcomes.

Reporting to the Area General Manager, the role covers Raleigh metro with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to comply with credentialing and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff.
• Drive utilization of approved CV and menopause products and support pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular and menopause markets to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
