Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Eureka is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse to support our team of providers. You’ll work with patients and clinicians to ensure safe, timely and patient-centered care aligned with Mercy Service Standards. Expect on-site training for about three months, then a 50/50 hybrid model.

Formación

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing, active LPN license.
• RN: Active RN license, degree requirements including BSN or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred for LPN/RN roles.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.

The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details:

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Eureka

Location: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Suite 100, Eureka, MO 63025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
