Mercy Eureka, MO is seeking an on-site LPN or RN to join our clinical team. The role starts with three months of on-site training, then transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model; full-time, on-site five days per pay period.

Candidates should have an active LPN or RN license, nursing degree as listed, and strong Epic EMR and computer skills. Strong triage, time management and adaptability are valued. Mercy offers competitive pay and benefits.

Position Details:

Location: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Suite 100, Eureka, MO 63025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
