Job summary

Mercy is seeking nurses for a role located in Eureka, MO. The position starts with on-site training and transitions to a 50/50 hybrid schedule. Typical work hours run Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.

Initial on-site training is mandatory before hybrid work begins; attendance at monthly on-site clinic meetings is expected. Candidates should have an LPN Diploma or RN degree and current licensure, plus 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Practical Nursing and an active LPN license or be a RN with an active license.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Hybrid/onsite work after training; on-site practice required during training.

Position Details:

Location: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Suite 100, Eureka, MO 63025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
