Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Eureka, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, patient-centered care. This role is based in Eureka, MO with on-site training and a 50/50 hybrid schedule after training.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. LPN or RN with required licensure and 2–3 years of experience is preferred, plus Epic EMR experience and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN with valid license and 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, patient-centered care with the care team.
• Coordinate with providers to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details:

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - EurekaLocation: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Suite 100, Eureka, MO 63025Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630No nights, weekends, or holidays!Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Highly Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Timely and thorough patient triage skills. Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work). Excellent time management and prioritization. Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure: Active LPN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree. Licensure: Active RN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
