Job summary

Mercy seeks qualified LPN/RN candidates for a full-time role at Eureka, MO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Location: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Eureka, MO 63025. Training starts on-site for three months before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid model.

After training, you’ll work in a hybrid setting with on-site presence required for five days per pay period and monthly on-site clinic meetings. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• LPN diploma with active license; 2–3 years preferred.
• RN track: BSN or equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with patient triage and efficient computer use.

Position Details:

Location: 20 The Legends Pkwy, Suite 100, Eureka, MO 63025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Active RN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
