A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Clinic in Watertown, MA. This contract assignment offers on-site work, a $58.80/hour pay rate, and potential to hire based on attendance and performance.

Initial training is required, with 2–3 weekday shifts and every-other-weekend coverage. The RN will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, perform testing, document in the EMR, and educate patients to promote positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active RN license in the state of practice and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
• Experience with Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification with expiration date at least 30 days beyond start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses to treatment.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

Details and Compensation

• Location: Watertown MA 02472 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $58.80/hr
• Required Availability: Part-Time | typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend
• Schedule & Training: Initial 3 weeks of training/orientation are required. After training, schedules are created in 6-week blocks. Shifts may range from approximately 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours. Typical schedule includes 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend. Some major holiday coverage is required. Must be available to complete the full initial training period without conflicting planned time off.
• Contract: This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Summary and Highlights

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic will provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-facing care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, perform clinical testing, document patient information, and provide education and support to promote positive health outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Current, active RN license in the state of practice and in good standing.
• At least 1+ year of related healthcare experience.
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings required.
• Experience with: Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care testing- required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification with an expiration date at least 30 days beyond the anticipated start date.
