A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in Minneapolis. This full-time, on-site role offers 40+ hours per week, 58.80 USD per hour, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced setting.

You will assess patients, administer medications, perform clinical tests, document records, educate patients, and coordinate care. Training lasts three weeks, then schedules are set in six-week blocks with occasional holiday coverage;

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current, active RN license in state of practice.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary/Urget Care or ER settings preferred.
• BLS certification with expiration date at least 30 days beyond start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
• Evaluate responses to treatment and adjust care as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Document medical histories and medication lists in EMR.
• Educate patients on medication use, self-care, and disease management.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and community resources.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55418– 100% on-site Payrate: $58.80/hr Required Availability: Part-Time | typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend

Schedule & Training: Initial 3 weeks of training/orientation are required. After training, schedules are created in 6-week blocks. Shifts may range from approximately 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours. Typical schedule includes 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend. Some major holiday coverage is required. Must be available to complete the full initial training period without conflicting planned time off.

SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic will provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-facing care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, perform clinical testing, document patient information, and provide education and support to promote positive health outcomes.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects or drug interactions.
• Perform mental health assessments, including depression and mood screenings.
• Accurately document medical histories, medications, allergies, illnesses, surgeries, and family history in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients regarding medication administration, self-care, and disease management.
• Connect patients with appropriate healthcare and community resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Current, active RN license in the state of practice and in good standing.
• At least 1+ year of related healthcare experience.
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings required.
• Experience with: Phlebotomy, Vaccine administration, Point-of-care testing- required
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification with an expiration date at least 30 days beyond the anticipated start date.
