Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote role focused on comprehensive, longitudinal management of a new patient panel. You will join a virtual care team delivering high-quality primary care with proactive patient engagement.

Responsibilities include virtual visits across a broad spectrum, collaboration with health coaches and specialists, and contributing to panel-building workflows. MA licensure and board-eligibility timelines apply.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in MA and eligible for multi-state licensure.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine or board-eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• Experience in outpatient primary care and telehealth delivery.
• Strong ability to build patient relationships in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits across acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health needs.
• Establish strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with virtual care teams, health coaches, and specialists.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in a unique remote role. This is a fully virtual position focused on comprehensive and longitudinal management of a new patient panel. You will play a foundational role in expanding One Medical's virtual primary care footprint, combining clinical excellence with a proactive, growth-oriented approach to patient engagement.

What You'll Be Working On

• Conducting virtual visits across a broad spectrum of primary care needs including acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care
• Establishing strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care
• Collaborating with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to coordinate comprehensive care
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning through other modalities
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues as part of a virtual care team
• Contributing to the development and refinement of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required

• Currently licensed in MA, with the willingness and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• Active state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting

Compensation

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $193,000 - $225,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
