Job summary

One Medical seeks a physician in Internal or Family Medicine for a hybrid, full-time role based in Mill Valley, CA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office, testing center, and telehealth care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds with both in-office and virtual teams.

You must be licensed in California, completed residency, and be board certified or eligible with plans to obtain certification. A sign-on bonus and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

This is a hybrid full-time role based in the Strawberry Village office. A typical full-time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient facing day.

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $369,000 based on a full-time schedule, and a sign on bonus is available.

What you'll be working on:

• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in California,obtained before your One Medical start date

Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
