One Medical is hiring for a full-time internal/family medicine clinician based in our Spear Street, San Francisco, CA office. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-person and telehealth care, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds with a collaborative team.

We value human-centered primary care, strong patient communication, and comfort with technology to deliver high-quality care. California licensure and board certification plans are expected within a year.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in, or completed, an Internal/Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State license in California obtained before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs across acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams in daily activities.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
