One Medical, a national primary care provider, is seeking clinicians to manage diverse patient panels and deliver in-person, testing center, and telehealth care. The role emphasizes ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration across in-office and virtual settings.

Candidates should be enrolled in or have completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency, with 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care. Virginia license is required prior to start.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in, or completed, an Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in Virginia before start date.

Aufgaben

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and conduct telehealth visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
