Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time role based in Austin, TX. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth care, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine with an active Texas license is required. You may supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue additional state licensure for expanded virtual care as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed Family Medicine residency or equivalent
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year
• Texas medical license before start date
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad scope of needs, including acute and chronic care
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain licensure for additional states for virtual care
