Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full‑time Family Medicine physician to join our Austin, TX team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in‑person, testing center, and telehealth care as needed, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care setting in the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Texas state medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
