Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• MD or equivalent in allopathic/osteopathic medicine.
• Full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Residency completed in an approved core specialty.
• Board eligibility/certification preferred in related specialty.
• Pre-placement TB test and immunization evaluations.
• Ability to lift 15–44 pounds and perform related physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for an outpatient panel as assigned.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health problems in clinic.
• Perform histories and physical exams and document findings.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Provide education to patients and families; act as a preceptor for residents.
