Formación

• United States citizenship per VA policy.
• MD degree from an approved school with eligibility for board certification.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Completed residency in internal medicine or family medicine per VA standards.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• DEA license required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate care for a panel of outpatients in the Primary Care setting.
• Perform histories, physical exams, and initial test interpretation.
• Prescribe medications and order routine labs, radiology, and diagnostics.
• Document findings and care plans in the EMR.
• Provide education to patients and families; act as a team preceptor.
• Manage administrative tasks related to clinic operations.
