Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license must be maintained.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross (in-person or blended preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and preventive care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting
• Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS must be obtained through an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted
