Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or similar setting.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license maintained throughout employment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• BLS must be in-person or blended; CPR/ACLS online-only not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and preventive care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services.
• Utilize virtual care and modern technology to improve access.
• Educate patients on preventive health and chronic disease management.

Education
